Cô chú rất tốt bụng, chu đáo, phòng xinh xấn đầy đủ tiện ích lưu trú và cũng rất gần kdl tam cốc bích động-hang múa, mọi người đến Ninh Bình nhớ ghé homestay cô chú nhé, giá phòng khá rẻ so với mặt bằng chung.

Phòng 6 giường tập thể rất tốt, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ trang bị. Mình ở đây một đêm thôi nhưng rất tốt, vợ chồng cô chú rất tốt và chu đáo. Mình được cô chú nấu bửa tối rất ngon và ấm cúng. Con cảm ơn cô chú rất nhiều ạ.

Bác chủ nhà vui vẻ cởi mở chu đáo, không gian thoáng mát, sau nhà có chỗ ngồi cạnh hồ rất yên bình. Rất thích nơi này

Le point positif de cet homestay est l’hôte. Elle peut sembler froide au premier abord mais il suffit de prendre le temps de lui parler avec Google traduction et elle est très gentille. Elle nous a bien aidé pour réserver des bus, nous a offert de partager des fruits avec elle pendant que nous papotions ensemble. C’était rigolo et touchant. Notre chambre était rustique mais cela dit il s’agissait du logement le moins cher aux alentours et très bien placé. Il nous manquait un petit espace pour être tranquilles sans être dans le salon ou dans la chambre qui était un peu lugubre.

Such a good experience, this is what a homestay should be! We were there during Tet, so not the easiest period to travel in Vietnam, but we felt very welcome by the whole family. We were offered food on several occasions (some that we payed and some that we didn't) and we got some help to book a taxi to Ninh Binh at the end. We had the big room with the private bathroom, which is very simple (you still have AC though), but comfortable and clean. You can rent bicycles and a scooter directly from the homestay as well. The location is perfect if you want to stay inside the city of Tam Coc, as it is very central but in a quiet street. I would highly recommend this place if you want a local experience. The whole family will always have a place in our hearts. Small note: a lot of pictures on Google Maps are not from this place, I don't know why. There is no swimming pool.

We had such a wonderful time here! The room was really clean and comfortable. It was super affordable. And the two women (mum and grandma) were such sweet people - constantly giving us delicious fruit and being so loving and generous. I would definitely recommend!

This place is truly a mess - not a good value for money. I don’t recommend booking this place. There are many pictures on Agoda / Booking that don’t nearly remind how this place really looks like. There’s no pool and the rooms don’t look like the in the pictures. The owner was unwelcoming and was very pushy about booking buses and renting bikes from her. She doesn’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate. The room was dusty and the entire place is low maintained. Location is good but had to go thru a small pond when it was raining.

The family made you feel very welcome. Having Vietnamese tea with them was fantastic. The room was clean so was the bathroom. I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody, especially because of the price. Sadly they only had instant coffee in the morning, but that seems to be the standard in Vietnam. We had no problems renting a scooter.
